By using PickRef ("the app") you agree to these terms. PickRef is provided for accredited referees of the Pickleball World Cup 2026 tournament.

1. Eligibility & accounts

Access requires a referee account issued by the organizing committee. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account.

2. Acceptable use

Use the app only for officiating duties at the tournament.
Enter scores and match results accurately and in good faith.
Do not attempt to access, modify, or disrupt other users' data or the service.

3. Match data

Scores, results and assignments you record are official tournament records and may be displayed to players, fans and organizers in real time. You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter.

4. Availability

The app is provided "as is" during the tournament. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and are not liable for losses arising from downtime, connectivity issues, or data sync delays.

5. Termination

The organizing committee may suspend or revoke your access at any time. You may delete your account from Settings → Delete account.
